Piston Nebuliser

The MediGenix Piston Nebulizer with the latest ON-DEMAND ampoule comes with a quality carry bag that has 2 compartments, an adult mask, a child mask, a mouthpiece, air tube and 5 filters and works off electric mains.

It is a compact medical device designed to efficiently deliver a stream of vaporised prescribed medication directly to the lungs where it is needed. The nebulizer aids in the treatment of both chronic and acute lung infections and disorders such as COPD, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, pneumonia, emphysema and asthma. The particle size produced is 2.0-2.5µm and the nebulisation rate is ? 0.45ml per minute.

With the clever on-demand ampoule, the flow of the medication can be timed with the inhalation of the patient so that minimal medication is wasted. This is especially handy when treating young children, the elderly or very ill patients.

The nebuliser and its accessories are not dishwasher safe. Never immerse the nebuliser in water but rather wipe clean with a soft cloth. NEVER use oil or oil based products in the ampoule.
